5. Shop & Products
5a. Made-to-Order Products: All physical products sold through the Rose Lane Collective shop are made to order by our print fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before shipment.
5b. Accuracy of Product Information: We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colors, dimensions, and descriptions. Minor color variation may occur due to screen calibration and printing processes and does not constitute a product defect.
5c. Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Pricing displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.
5d. Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or fulfillment limitations. You will be notified and refunded promptly if an order is cancelled on our end.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full details. Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences. Defective or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded.
