Shipping Policy

At Rose Lane Collective, every product is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you.

1. Production & Fulfillment

Our products are crafted to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner and shipped directly to you.

  • Orders are typically produced within 2–3 business days before shipment.

  • Production time is separate from shipping transit time

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched

Because each piece is made specifically for you, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (United States): We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated transit times after production:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order type

International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to Canada. Transit times vary by country and are estimated at 7–21 business days after production. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are outside of our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

5. Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us at info@roselanecollective.com and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we will do our best to update it before production begins, but cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@roselanecollective.com. Claims submitted after the return window of 30 days may not be eligible for a return or refund. please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.for further details.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or return. If approved, we will provide next steps.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, exchanges for a different size, color, product, style, or design. Thank you for understanding and supporting our thoughtful, made-to-order production model.6. Holidays & Delays

During peak seasons and holidays, production and shipping timelines may be extended. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive occasions. Carrier delays outside our control (weather, volume surges, etc.) are not something we can guarantee against, though we will always help facilitate a resolution.
