Returns & Exchanges

Every Rose Lane Collective piece is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this made-to-order production model, we do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, color preferences, accidental purchases, or any other personal preference reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Returns or refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.‍ ‍If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@roselanecollective.com. Claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund or return. If approved, we will provide next steps.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, exchanges for a different size, color, product, style, or design.

Color & Print Variation

As with all printed products, slight color variation may occur due to screen calibration and the nature of the printing process. These minor differences are inherent to print-on-demand production and do not constitute a defect.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders. In the event of a confirmed defective or incorrect item, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.

Because all products are made to order, we encourage you to review all sizing information carefully before completing your purchase. Size guides are provided on each relevant product page. If you have any questions about sizing before ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out.
